I've been using MRC program and lost 20 lbs. But it can be quite expensive. It did give me the incentive to continue losing....I am working with a trainer once a week. She wants me to eat 1400 calories a day. That;s alot for me but it will supposedly get my metabolism steady instead of using the expensive supplements containing chromium in one form or another.
She recommends I eat a protein and carbs at each feeding. Difficult to finds food with the right calories, low fat, low sodium, high protein and moderate carbs.
Hope to continue losing with healthy eating and moderate exercise. I like dancing with weights in my hands for cardio and walking.
Any suggestions on foods or quick exercises for cardio would be great!
Thanks,
Carole

This might be a little late but try isopure protein powder. Add it to oatmeal, etc... will help with the protein issue and the cal issue. Also it has tons of vitamins and almost no fillers0
