52 in Florida

Somehow writing that I'm 52 makes me feel old. Won't be doing that again! I'm a wife, Mom of a teen, and in career change status. Scary place so figure I'll focus on health too.

    Welcome! I'm 51 and from Florida too (and yes, also feeling old, although definitely not in state of mind). You'll find some great motivation and support here.
