Low Calorie Honey Mustard Recipe
I am sure this is on here somewhere, and Probably multiple times....that being said I wanted to share my favorite homemade Honey Mustard Dressing with you.
2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup Spicy Brown Mustard/Dijon Mustard/ Coarse Ground Brown Mustard
1 tablespoon sugar substitute (to taste)
1/4 cup Honey (optional)
2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 teaspoon salt (to taste- optional)
This makes something like 30 ounces (I put it in a used Ketchup bottle). If using the honey it totals to around 850 calories. That is about 30 calories per serving (2 tablespoons).
If you drop the honey and sweeten with just Splenda you reduce calories by 1/3.
