Starting over once again
Hey,
I have been used mfp on and off for several years. I had lost close to 50lbs, but I have recently regained 30 lbs. My overall physical fitness has also declined. I want to exercise and lose weight so I will have an easier time hiking. I got a referral from my family doctor to see a dietitian, she told me to start logging on mfp again.
I'm looking for friends that are active on mfp that we can support each other in our health and fitness goals.
