Hey,
I have been used mfp on and off for several years. I had lost close to 50lbs, but I have recently regained 30 lbs. My overall physical fitness has also declined. I want to exercise and lose weight so I will have an easier time hiking. I got a referral from my family doctor to see a dietitian, she told me to start logging on mfp again.
I'm looking for friends that are active on mfp that we can support each other in our health and fitness goals.

Hey there! My name is Mercedes, and I just recently made a similar post. I peaked at 310 and got all the way down to 233 until after a rough couple weeks and recovering from an injury I gained back up to 240! So here I am, about to go buy another pair of headphones and hit the gym! I'm going to try to be more active on MFP just so I have a good amount of support and a way to stay accountable besides my scale. Add me!0
