Ready for a Change

A four years ago I lost 70 pounds using MFP. Since that time, I became a teacher and gained 40 pounds back. I have "started" losing weight many times, but I always decide that I "deserve" whatever I want to eat. During the day, I find myself eating mindlessly. I know all the fixes to these problems, but I would love to have a friend to walk through this journey with. If any of this sounds like you, please feel free to message, friend me, or comment here.

I hear you. I've even done the "Well if I have this treat then I'll have to work out tonight and it won't matter". Usually the workout never happened0

I know how you ladies feel. Now when I feel guilty for eating unhealthy, I workout twice as hard. We should team up and take this journey together.0
