New here and I have a lot of weight to lose!

Hi all, I have a major problem with food. How ever I started to diet 9 days ago, And I have been eating clean with no problems. I also started to exercise 3 weeks ago. At first I could only do a minute and a half of walking with out tiring (sad I know). But now I am up to walking 9 minutes ever hour all day long. Plus I am doing a 30 minute workout video for morbid obese people every other day.
I am 6'1 and I use to weigh 222 before I got married. And after 11 years of marriage I ballooned to 468 pounds. My ex~wife and I went out to eat 24/7. Right now I weigh 430 and my ideal weight would be 190~200 pounds. I found this website on another website and I hope to lose at least 2 pounds a week on average for the next 2 years. I know some weeks are going to be more and some weeks are going to be less but I am prepared.
P.S. When I can build some stamina and strength I plan on joining a gym.
