    1) Pork chops or chicken thighs. 2) Roasted or stir fried cauliflower and broccoli. 3) Avocado salad: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/19960/avocado-salad/

Remember when you lower carbs, you usually increase fats.

san choy bau, chicken/beef tacos (with lettuce cups), salad with lean steak, story fry veggies and chicken or beef, grilled or baked fish, turkey/chicken/beef meatballs in red sauce... the options are endless.
And seasoning is your friend! Smoked paprika, oregano, basil, rosemary, lemon, garlic! Super low in calories but add so much flavour!

What amount of calories did you have in mind?

I usually eat 500 -600 calories at dinner. I eat food that I like. It helps if you use the recipe builder here and eat the right portion size. My food diary is open and I post my dinner meal plan and recipes on my blog. https://lounmoun.wordpress.com/
    Tonight I am having chili.

http://www.budgetbytes.com has recipes my family has enjoyed. A calorie count isn't given but I don't really have a problem fitting them into my calorie goal.
http://www.skinnytaste.com has tasty recipes and is focused on lower calorie meals.
http://www.kalynskitchen.com/ has some good recipes too. Lots of low carb recipes.
http://www.ohsheglows.com has vegan recipes. I've tried a couple that were very tasty.

Last night I had an amazing meal of roasted turkey breast (139g), steamed potatoes (113g), steamed carrots (30g), celery (72g) and portabello mushrooms (46g) served atop a giant bed of steamed spinach (239g) with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar (2t). Mixed in was quite a bit of garlic, shallots, herbs and chili flakes.

Tons of food, super tasty and 320 calories. The seasonings can really help make a small calorie meal taste better.
