Non-fat Greek yogurt, berries, Truvia, vanilla or almond extract, and light chocolate syrup has been my go to dessert lately. This is particularly good if you are a volume eater.0

I absolutely loved this! I used my Jay Robb's vanilla protein powder though and used Greek Fage 0% and added the chia seeds and let them sit for a few hours in the yogurt and it got like a pudding consistency. So yummy!! I put 1/2 cup of this in a strawberry shortcake shell and topped with blueberries and strawberries. Super yummy!!!

Haha Awesomness, I'm glad you liked it. I get nervous when i share recipes in case people try it and think it tastes like shite. I had it last night, and again tonight0 -
Plan for it with your calories and have something you really love! Why bother for something just ok? I don't keep it in the house. I go out for the one thing to the bakery, ice cream store, etc. when it's gone it's gone. No going back for "just a little more" haha. Day to day nothing beats a nice dish of fresh berries.0

Love your way of thinking!! I need to start doing this. I'm worried that if I have the real sugar I will just crave more...and more...and more0 -

Ahhh yes! Love strawberries and whipped cream!! I've actually been eating this in those little shortcake shells in the evenings for dessert
I'm not much for frozen types of bars but maybe in the summer when it's warmer

Blend all until resemble a creamy smoothie/soft serve ice cream consistency. Absolutely delicious!

Oh my goodness! This looks and sounds delicious!!! I can't wait to try it! I actually have the almond/coconut milk for 35 calories per cup that I just bought so I guess that would work. Thanks a bunch for taking the time to send me this!
