I am almost 30 and have back problems. I have tried diets before and so on but my problem is sticking to it. I need this for me and my health though but it is definitely tough.... My biggest challenge is definitely motivation. I get home from work and I am usually starving. I work from 830-2 without a break since my hours arn't a full 8 hour shift. I just need to bring some kind of healthy snack to eat around lunch time.

    Definitely bring snacks to work! I even get a lunch break and I'm still hungry throughout the day! I try to bring hummus or vegetables or little cuties to work.
