Need motivation not to eat junk. I had a baby about 8 months ago and have had a hard time losing the last 15 because I like eating. Food is amazing, but I also want to look and feel amazing. Offer motivation?

I eat what I want and just keep it in my calories for the day and I'm losing weight.0

Eat food, just eat less. I try to live by an 80/20 rule; 80% of my diet is nutrient, fiber, and protein dense foods while 20% is for treats, etc. Think of your calorie goal like a bank account. You have a certain amount to spend daily. If you go over that, you'll end up in debt (or in this case, with excess calories). Start fresh every day. You will fall off the wagon, we all do. Just keep getting on each day. Find an exercise you like, even if it's just jogging in place or going up and down the stairs for 15 minutes a day. Take walks when it's nice out. This is a lifestyle change so don't expect immediate results. It will be slow, so expect that. Don't expect to lose weight every week; weight loss isn't linear, ESPECIALLY for us females.0
