So I'm looking to try and get some support from people who are in my situation sort of. I'm 5 ft 2 in., 145 pounds, have a large bone frame, 18 years, etc. Although I'll accept support from anyone at this point. I used to be 165 pounds, got down to 135 at this point last year, but gained 10 pounds in the past 8 months. It's kind of the middle "hump" for me I guess since I want to lose 10-20 more pounds and have lost 20 so far. I usually eat pretty healthy and try to get my workouts in, but I find that I binge a lot on weekends, get lots of cravings at night, stress eat, and loose motivation as the week goes on. Like on Sundays I'm pumped and ready for the week. By Thursday, however, I workout less and eat more bad food. Any advice?

I'm 5'1 and 141 lbs:) I'm pretty new to MFP and have only been at it a month. Lost 7 lbs steadily throughout the month:) I have about 25-30 more lbs to lose. As far as frame size I guess I'm medium or smallish medium0

Idk why it cuts off half my comments sometimes:/ I said I love hearing of short girls transformations! Keep going and soon you'll be exactly where you want to be! Someone else said the time will pass anyway and you can choose whether you want to be gaining or losing during that time;) Good stuff!0

Omg I could be you! ! Except you're a lot younger lol...I'm 5ft I was 165 lbs 12months ago. Very happily being 126lbs the boom..went away put on 8lbs can't get my groove back!! First day back on it today. ...good luck we can do this x0

I think we are almost in the same boat! I am 5'3 and I'm at 160. I was weighing 196 in 2009, then started exercising and eating healthier in 2010-2012. I lost 60 pounds in two years. In 2014, I moved away from home and I gained 20 pounds since then, struggling with these stress-eating unwanted pounds on me! I've had no motivation to exercise or eat healthy until today. I'm tired of feeling this way. I got back to exercising this evening and it was just a short brisk walk. I only broke a small sweat and I want to do more! It's going to be tough, but I know we can do it! Feel free to add me so we can motivate each other!0

19 5 ft 5 196ish lb want to get down to 147 so bigger than you. Youve done great with the weight loss so far, my first week weigh in this morning ahh!0
