I've continued to eat all the foods I like, just in smaller portions. The only thing I've really changed is I switched from regular coke to diet coke, and then when I eat soup I now get the Progresso Light ones, instead of the full calorie ones.

be careful of the sodium content in the canned chicken, tuna and sardines. It's much more healthy to buy chicken breasts or the raw chicken cut up in tender sizes and cook at the first of the week and refrigerate and eat on it all week.

I eat the same foods I always did just in appropriate portion sizes for my goal. My diary is open.

Breakfast- Greek yogurt, granola bars, cereal with milk, sandwich, dinner leftovers, fruit (about 200-300 calories)
Lunch- sandwich, salad, or dinner leftovers (about 300-500 calories)
Dinner- something different every night of the month. (about 500-600 calories) I have my meal plans and some recipes on my blog. https://lounmoun.wordpress.com/
Snacks- things like fruit, chips, popcorn, pretzels, chocolate, cookies, granola bar, carrots, celery, broccoli, trail mix, deviled eggs, pickles (about 100-300 calories)
