Short and unsatisfied

I am 5'0 exactly and range from 108lbs to 112lbs depending on the day. Everyone always tells me how tiny I am but I am just so unhappy with how my body looks. I try and run around 20 miles a week, count calories and always watch what I eat. I also can not for the life of me get rid of the cellulite in my thighs. Do any of you short girls out there have this problem? How tall are you and how much do you weigh/what is your goal. Any helpful tips?

I've seen lots of small females with cellulite- I'm pretty sure that is genetic. I had very little to begin with, but it has disappeared after 9 weeks of doing strength training workouts. I do Tone it up videos on YouTube.0

Yup on strength training. I did SL 5x5 for a year & now PHUL. I'm smaller now-116 lbs from 137. 5'2" & 47 yrs old. I got leaner & lost inches and while I have some cellulite it is so reduced I don't really notice it anymore.1
