Have you tried Kayla Itsines BBG fitness app? I've been following Kayla on FB for a while and I'm wondering if this program is all it's made out to be. Thanks!

    I'm doing BBG 1.0 for the first time. I'm on Week 9 and absolutely loving it! I've lost weight, I'm stronger, and it improves my cardio too! Definitely recommend it. Feel free to add me!

    I'm almost on week 4 of her pre-training guide right now, then I'll be ready to start BBG 1.0! I've already lost weight, and I've gained so much strength already, it's insane. I absolutely recommend buying her guides! I tried the app for a month, and I just prefer the actual PDF over the app. Once you buy it, it's yours to use forever, unlike the app. You have to pay $20 a month and it doesn't allow you to see all the workouts at one time. I also found them to be more detailed and better explained. I wish you the best! Feel free to add me too :)

    I stalked her instagram last night looking at all of the before and after pics. I'm 5'5" and 134.4 lbs currently. I've lost almost 10 lbs in the last two months but looking to tone up the belly, which is so hard, especially after 35. I haven't heard of the pre-training guide. Looks like I need to do some research on that and then pick when to start. I go to Italy in a month so I may start when I get back.
