Hi there. Please don't bite! I have a question I'd love help with.
I started going to the gym last week. I wasn't enjoying going home and laying on the couch every night. The problem is, I supposedly burn an extra 280-300 calories per day from my workout and I don't enjoy eating to fill my calorie goal. I've been 250-450 calories off my 1700 (1400+300) goal. I'm not a big eater and I tend to eat a lot of fruits and veggies. My nutrient goals are pretty good. My BMI is normal and I'm not trying to lose weight.
How can I make sure I can exercise the amount I enjoy and eat the right amount of food? Or... How can I have my cake and eat it too?
Thanks everyone!
