Hey im 26 mummy of 2 girls 8 and 15 weeks looking for hints and tips please to get the mummy tummy toned and loose a few pounds. Meal ideas and excersize routines would be a great help!!!

Currently using gym take t5 super strength on a 1200 calorie intake which includes usn ultra lean diet fuel shakes for breakfast and lunch just over 300 calories with milk.
