Habit #2 is especially important. If your cut is not going as planned, you need the data to reference back to so you can troubleshoot what went wrong.0

Agree with the always logging, even the bad days. Going by a weekly deficit gives me the ability to balance out the bad bad days!

I believe it's the base (sans exercise) and is a statistic average, which includes all the dudes doing 1200 calories for some reason (just because people seem to like that number).0
