It's been so hard to balance my caloric intake, water consumption with cardio workout and the time of the day I should weigh myself. So far it seems like I shouh have two big meals adding to a total of no more than 1600 cals, considering that I burned about 400 cals on cardio (net cals no less than 1200). I am trying to drink no less than 5 glasses of water daily, and I've been weighing after my daily moderate workout which I increased to a total of 40 min every day which burns approximately 400 cals.
It seems so far that I am being able to lose no less than 0.5 lb per day, but no more than 1 lb.
I've lost so far only 6 lbs, but my friends and colleagues happened to have noticed. It felt good.
