What do you do to re-motivate? Me...

I wondered what those size 18 jeans looked like on my body without the 37 pounds on it.
Well! The jeans which are stretchy actually looked ok, just a little big. Then I went to take them off and didn't even need to unbutton or unzip! Just slithered right outta those jeans.
I've gotten rid of a lot of too-big clothes but not going to trash those ones.
What about you????

Congrats! I think it's a good idea to hold onto one or two things to remind yourself how much progress you've made. Definitely donate or give away your other clothes as you grow out of them, though.
Setting new fitness goals is generally my motivation go-to, but lately I've been slacking on my nutrition. I think I need to focus on that for a while to try to get my energy level on a more even keel.0 -
I have a shirt that I bought for a Virtual 5k one size smaller than I am (and people have mentioned that they are on the small side anyways). It's an awesome shirt, and I can't wait to wear it.
Also, I try and take motivation from small changes I see and NSV's.0 -

Yes on the fitness goals...I'm going to up my weight training from 2x to 3x a week. Gotta change it up, maybe leave this plateau.
And as much as I rebel on counting calories, when I stop...guess what. Good luck to you!0 -
I definetly use clothing as motivation! I haven't decided what to pitch and keep, but I have a lot of clothing ... 7 different sizes to be exact ...
trying on an outfit I had bought a year or two prior and had never worn because I was 'planning on fitting into it' and realizing its now too big is the BEST motivation for me0 -
My motivation is money, using the money i would have spent on fast food and eating junk to go to new orleans in may!0
