Well met guys!
I'm a 25 year old structural engineering intern who isn't new to MFP, but have a new drive and approach to my health and fitness. I've been on and off the roller coaster of steady exercise and healthy eating for years now. I managed to drop 60 pounds 5 years ago, and since then have been struggling with keeping a steady regimen of exercise and healthy eating.
The past three months I have done well at setting in place some habits that are sticking and I plan to keep it up. I am looking for people who are on similar journeys and interested in feedback of any manner. Whether it's a "way to go!" that helps keep you on track for dinner (maybe you don't grab the extra three cookies) or tips on what exercises are best, what yoga poses you can't live without, or a recipe that hits your macros just right!
