I just put a little bit of oil on the skin side (to keep it from sticking to the grill), sprinkle on salt, and grill or bake it.

I'm having salmon tonight.
Dry pan fried on skin side , I then discard skin ( or v happy chow chow gets it) lots of black pepperon top of zucchini noodles mixed with a bit of leftover tomato pasta sauce and boiled French beans and weirdly cottage cheese ( can only eat it savoury )
Another favourite is it poached with new potatoes and asparagus

I love grilling it in one of those bamboo pans (the ones you soak before putting on the grill)! Spray a little coconut oil on salmon, squirt some mustard and balsamic glaze and let the grill do the rest! Comes out smokey and tender! Yum!
