I visualize how great it would be to be at my goal weight. I don't remember the pleasure of what I have eaten from one day to the next. I have MS and am 64. I use a walker and would get around much better if I were lighter. I love sugary stuff so tend to eat empty calories.

Visualizing your goal is a huge step. I struggle to see my self as a thin person. "If you want to reach a goal, you must "see the reaching" in your own mind.". You have other struggles, best wishes.0
