Hey all, I am nineteen years old looking to loose my last 50lbs. I started my fitness journey in July 2015 and JUST started to see results! unfortunately when i first started hitting the gym I was putting in effort but not eating properly. My diet consisted of many processed foods that weren't doing anything for my body. In the past three months i have lost 20lbs and would like to loose an other 25 by the end of June. I really need support because it's hard. I now work in a gym so i am surrounded by fitness basically 24/7. I have realized that working out is only about 30% of what it takes to loose the pounds i have been shedding. Mostly i have lost weight because I have been eating less and eating healthy. When i notice i have been sitting for a while i get up and do something to stay active. While watching t.v commercials i do some jumping jacks or run on the spot. These little things have been adding up to help me out a lot. Basically i am looking for support and whiling to give any one support as well!!!
