hi there,
i adore cheesecake but don't want the temptation of a large cheesecake in fridge, just a little one every now and then.
does anyone have any skinny microwave mug cheesecake recipes?
all flavours are welcome (chocolate, cherry etc.)
thanks.

I've never seen a microwave mug recipe for cheesecake, but here are a couple I found on Pinterest that are lower cal and higher protein.

This one is amazing

Similar to the one above but less sweetener and more protein.
I use low fat cream cheese instead of fat free, so it's a bit more filling, but it's seriously delicious. As good as the real thing? No, but I honestly can say that I haven't craved the real thing since I tried it, because the taste difference just doesn't seem worth the extra calories (it's about 1200 calories for the 6inch cheesecake with low fat cream cheese, 800 with fat free).0 -
I haven't made this, but had pinned it a while back on Pinterest. http://www.2stews.com/2009/09/cheesecake-in-mug.html0

I made this a couple times. It was ok.

The killer though is always having to wait so long for the thing to get chilled!0 -
I make cheesecake muffins in a cupcake pan. You can top with fresh fruit. The original recipe makes 2 dozen. I make a third of the recipe. I use light cream cheese and get 8 muffins from one block cream cheese. I have thought about freezing but have not tried it yet. soupspiceeverythingnice.blogspot.com/2013/02/mardi-gras-cheesecake-muffins.html

I make something similar but with no added sugars what so ever and fat free everything. The sweetness will come from the toppings and the vanilla or mocha protein powder. This is what mine look like.
These look tasty. I need to figure out how to add toppings that don't add 1000 calories, lol... not easy as I actively avoid splenda (makes me crave carbs like crazy). Although my last two didn't really need toppings (I made a caramel one and a pumpkin one, although the powder flavor doesn't really come through very well).
I might try fat free next time but I don't know. I really love the texture using low fat cream cheese.0
