Is it better to workout b4 or after you eat???

    Depends on you. (and your schedule). Personally I can't focus on my workout if I'm too hungry so I need to eat something first. My son on the other hand gets sick if he eats too close to gym time so he needs to eat after.

    It also depends on how hard you work out. I can't eat before because I usually end up throwing it up. That depends on the intensity. I do, do at a half a protein shake before and after I work out.
