Tips please help :)

I have a super bad habit of being good and healthy and active in the day but when I get to my room I can't help but snacking before bed! It is so bad I can't break it so any help and advice is appreciated! Thank you in advance!!!

    I had a problem with snacking before bed too so every night I make myself a low cal hot chocolate using almond milk n take it to bed with me. It really helps my sweet tooth n makes me feel like Ive had something more if that makes sense? :) x

    Don't keep snack food around, at least not in your room.

    as long as you keep enough room during the day it's ok. and I would suggest dividing the snack up into better portions (snack bags) so you make sure you don't over eat. then you can plan them out better earlier in the day.
