Been here, done this. Worked great! Got hit with depression and gained 50 back. Two negatives resolved, Only positive options left. Gonna hit it again. Anyone wanna share the ride? Especially if you live near Kent, WA. My bike is ready and I'm off to pedal my A@@ (and gut) off. LOL

    yeah me too! I'm determined to do it again and especially since I'm recovering from surgery I'm feeling more motivated. Best of luck to you. I'm a bit far out for a bike ride (Scotland lol) but all the best!
