Anyone have any tips on gaining?

Hi I've had this app for a while but never actually blogged. I've been trying to gain weight but all my weight is doing is gaining and losing, but nothing consistent, any help?

What it comes down to is consistently eating more calories than you burn. Set your account to gain and then track for 4 to 6 weeks. If you arent seeing a gain, add another 250 calories.

Serious mass is just a high calorie protein shake, which most are pretty much junk. They are unnecessarily expensive and the same results can be achieved for food. You don't have a high metabolism. Gaining about 1.5lbs a week would put your maintenance TDEE at 3300 calories. Which is about the same level as many of us.

As an aside, be careful with aggressive gaining as most of your gains will be fat. The body can only create so much mass in a give period. Males are generally .25lbs per week.. That wold mean over a lb of fat a week.
