@reggie69 do not know about any videos but I have AS (Ankylosing Spondylitis) and know if I do some range of motion my day goes much better. Acupuncture actually helped some. Oct 2014 I got off sugars and all forms of all grains cold turkey hoping for pain management by diet to avoid starting Enbrel injects in 30 days. I was 63 when I went off most all carbs and just recently turned 65 so I knew my time was running out if I did not find a natural diet that fixed me. Health and health markers are much improved.
Actually in 30 days my subjective pain levels of 7-8 dropped to 2-3 and 1.5 years later keeping my carbs <50 grams a day my joint and muscle pain is still low. Two weeks in my food cravings faded fast. 6 months in my 40 years of IBS fully resolved and has not returned. I am getting rid of my powered mobility scooter since I have not used it and the one at WalMart in a long time.
The only suggest I have is what you are already working to do. Just Keep Moving an old man told me years ago because they do not bury people that move from time to time. So I try to wiggle a little every day.0 -
You may also want to look into Tai Chi. Paul Lam has Tai Chi for arthritis and chronic pain. Very good set. I helped teach it to the elders in my community a few years bacK. Very low impact and helps with circulation. I still do a few of the moves after my workout to loosen up and cool down.0

This site is great for video clips & reviews......

I searched arthritis & a few videos came up.
Another option is Peggy Cappy:
Yoga for the Rest of Us: Easy Yoga for Arthritis (video clip) www.youtube.com/watch?v=mqRqLD05veM
She had a long running series on PBS - your local library may have some of her videos. Amazon has a "rent" option on the DVD above.0 -
Hi, I have psoriasistic arthritis and my sister as RA. Mine is pretty mild in and mainly in the hips and shoulders, but my flairs hit my elbows, wrists, and toes. Yoga is awesome for stiffness and really helps me but you have to be careful and know when to stop. I like to do these youtube videos https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OQ6NfFIr2jw&list=PLui6Eyny-UzzWwB4h9y7jAzLbeuCUczAl&index=1 she has really good beginners material and explains the poses well. Building flexibility and support for your joints will be a good thing and yoga does that better then anything else IMO.0

Yoga will help with some strength and flexibility but without a caloric deficit or some other form of cardio it doesn't do much for fat loss on its own.1
