I'm 20 years old with about 50lbs to lose. I've been struggling with my weight for as long as I can remember. I would usually start off really well and last for about 2 weeks, after that either my body burns out or something happens in my life that causes me to lose the will to continue. I really want this to be my last "first day" on my journey (although I've been saying that since November of last year) I want to be happy in my body, healthy and learn to love myself along the way. I don't want to be the person to keep looking back saying to myself "I wonder where I would have been if I didn't stop". Any advice/motivation/ anything would be appreciated. Thank you
