A little about myself :smile:
I've been with MyFitnessPal since I had gone through some health issues two and a half years ago. At first I was very dedicated and excited, but like every diet or health plan...things get stale after some time.

About a month ago I was introduced to Fitbit and it has given me that drive again. I am determined to stay focused this time, which is why I'm reaching out for help. I am enjoying walking now instead of feeling it being a chore and I think it's the competitive aspect of it. I really enjoy the challenges.

Pls help me find ways to stay focused !

    My motivation seems to be heavily dependent on my hormones. But if I can not gain during my low motivation times I'll be happy.
