Sitting, going to the bathroom, walking and just sitting still are so painful. My thighs are slathered with Tiger Balm because i don't have a bath tub to soak in. Anyone have any tips on how to beat the soreness so I can do core day tomorrow?

Welcome to the world of fitness!
It's normal to feel some soreness when you start a new training program or working muscles that you're not used to working before, but if you're in a lot of pain it's possible that you're doing too much too soon.
After your leg day, did you have a good post workout meal with plenty of protein? Protein will aid in the muscle repair process.
Also, I hear that foam rolling is really helpful. Runners use it all the time. It's like giving a nice massage to your legs. Speaking of massage, sometimes I will do just that. I give my legs a nice massage while applying my lotion or oil.
Another thing is, after every workout session, I take a few minutes to stretch or do yoga, and I take some extra time on leg stretches when it's leg day. This is what helps me the most.
Hope this helps you in the future.0 -
Up your protein for the time being, drink plenty water, massage the sore muscles, go for a walk.0
