Well newish to MFP and hoping to make some friends for some healthy competition

I used to be this super in shape guy but .... Well you know things happen..... And allot of lazyness sooo I am trying to go back to the old way of life. Please add me as a friend or on Twitter or both it's cool.... I am also a blogger....... Ssooooooo much information at one go.
