Hi. So I'm Lucy, been on my fitness pal on and off for 2-3 years now and always fall off the wagon after around 4 weeks. I'm a veggie (gone off the taste) and don't eat eggs or nuts either so always find it hard to find or make nice meals. The only exercise i tend to have time for is being on my feet in work or running around after 2 kids. So finding the motivation to keep going is what i fail on. Probably not the only person like this lol.
