Looking for friends for motivation.

Started getting serious about getting healthy in December of last year and lost 37lbs so far just watching what I eat. I now have added in 20min of cardio 5 days a week. I'm looking for friends for motivation.

    Try adding weights into your workout routine its great for giving you an extra push and starts to burn some of that fat, just keep doing what your doing one step at a time!
