So new here

Its funny, how things changed for me after i turned 32. I keep on putting on more and more weight... i am here mostly to become aware of my habits. I am i strong beed of notivation and support inable to gain back my health and positive mood.

    Find some motivating friends. Add them. Watch their daily activity. That is usually helpful for people just starting out. Support is key! You also need to find out WHY you want to lose weight and feel better. Dig deep and find a reason that is more important than any excuse. Not just to look better. Dig deeper.
