food preparation and organization

Hi,
My name is Geneva and I want to lose weight. I don't get much exercise due to sitting at a desk job and not having much time after work for myself. I have a child I take care of 7 days a week. By the time I am done with everything I have no energy. I am going to try to work out 3 days out of the week to start. Food preparation and being organized can get you a long way with losing weight. People eat out due to it being convenient. That is my biggest problem. I have gained so much weight in the past 5 years. It's time I take my life and body back. I will take all the tips you can give me. I need to lose roughly 60 lbs. I am glad to say this group can motivate me. As well as tracking my diet will too. What do you do to lose weight? What motivated you?
