Looking forMyFitnessPal friends to help keep me motivated and trade ideas for losing weight. Also, I'm great at helping keep you motivated. We can do this together!

    Just take it 1 day at a time and try to do 1% better each day. Exercise hard according to your ability 5-6 days/week and do your best to stick to your calorie and macro goals. You'll get there. It just takes time and consistency. If you have questions or need some encouragement, hit me up. I'm always happy to help.
