New PR on the bike.

I have only been using the site for about 2 months. My preferred cardio exercise if riding the mountain bike. When I first started I was doing about 2 mile per day on the bike. I have tried to add about a mile per week. Yesterday I did 7 miles which was the most I had done up until that point. Today I decided to try to push my limits. I picked out a destination that I knew was at-least 5 miles away and just started pedaling. It turns out that it was 6 miles, so today I hit 12 miles and still felt good, little sore on the bum, but that goes without saying.

    That's the way ... gradually build up. :)

    That is the way to do it, just keep adding about 10% distance to your total. That can be either distance or time. A year from now, you will be amazed at how far you can go.
