Warmer temps and vigorous exercise brings on the bright red cheeks! I'm basically accepting of it except
for when someone at the gym asks me if I'm OK :/

I get red faced too but I think the fitter I get, the better it gets.

This was my experience as well. I ALWAYS wear sunscreen when outside now. I also wear foundation. When I run outside during the middle of the day, I shower and re-apply the sunscreen and makeup afterwards. The cool shower helps me to cool down (in fact I get cold an hour or so after exercising in the heat). I still get red but it's not as bad as it used to be when I was less fit.

Edited to add: I don't put on makeup just to exercise, but I don't remove it if I'm going to exercise was what I meant to clarify

Me too, I wear a visor or hat to kind of cover a bit of my face if I'm outside, it makes me feel like it's less noticeable that I'm so red in the face.

3 hours? I get red faced, but it is gone within 30 minutes of quitting the activity, usually less than that.
