This is my first time posting any pictures on here. It's not a lot of progress but I am feeling REALLY encouraged and wanted to share! I have lost 12 lbs so far but the biggest difference is my waist...5.5 inches lost! I get very bloated and tend to look pregnant, which is a depressing look to have when you aren't. So I am really happy and motivated to keep going.
