Running daily one mile added weekly.

As of yesterday I have taken up running as a way of shredding the fat and being a happier person, I start this week running five miles a day and will add a mile a week. I will be doing trail and hill runs through the week as well, I want to meet more people and hopefully add some buddies to watch me grow as a runner. Much love and let's be healthy.

    good for you! I started running 4 years ago to lose weight and enjoy it (now not 5+ miles at a time).
