Hello all... having trouble reaching my calorie goal..any suggestions

    Eat more high calorie foods. Steer clear of low fat versions of anything.
    Peanut butter, bacon, ice cream, butter,avocados were the first things that popped into my head.I could eat thousands of calories of these things easily.

    Also, make sure your logging is accurate. If you're not using a food scale then chances are you are eating more than you think.

    What's your calorie goal and how many calories are you eating per day?
