That 1lb I was muttering about yesterday, the one that made my overall weight loss 100lbs - gone! Well, I had to weigh myself this morning, just to see.

100lbs down! That's the weight of my toddler x 2.5. Almost the weight of my 16yo. Worth celebrating

South coast - here I come :)

    That last 1 lb always seems to be the hardest. I'm waiting to drop one more pound and then I'll be in maintenance. Congrats on your loss!
