My mom was diagnosed Nov 14th, 2016 with a stage 4 Glioblastoma Multiform tumors on her brain. I've lost her Jan of 2016. I've been shaken by this loss even stopped eating because my motivation for self care lost focus from the grief. It's April and I need to bounce back. Started eating again finally and sleeping at least 6 hours. My focus is to turn 2016 into a truly live each day to the fullest life. #Makingeachdaycount was mom's motto before she died. I am trying to ensure I make each day count. You only have one gift and that's your time, choose what to do with it wisely.
