Hi all, joined MFP community last night to run side by side with Fitbit...
I have lost nearly 30lbs in 11 months, and have plateaued....nightmare,
Any ideas to tone and get abs of steel lol would be appreciated.

    Hi there. I suggest doing HIIT or crossfit workout. Surely your body will be surprised by the intensity.
