Hi. My name is Kevin. I have started on my journey of lifestyle change. In 2009 I had used P90X and got to my lowest weight I had been in a while at 210. The diet was boring. I did not learn much about nutrition. As fate would have it, I injured my hamstring and calf muscles. Because my diet was boring I did not stick to it. Over time I gained all of the weight I had lost and more. I went through some family issues which I used junk food for comfort. I ended up at 270 pounds and on a path of medical issues. After seeing myself in a picture, I decided enough was enough. I decided to order a beachbody product P90 because I was so out of shape to do P90X. I am currently 7 weeks in and have lost 20#'s but better yet I have learned nutrition and healthy tasty recipes thanks to a motivation and lifestyle facebook group. I have recently become a coach on my team. This isn't a diet but a lifestyle change. With my gained knowledge, motivation and accountability, I know this change will be permanent.
