Sick

I woke up with a drippy nose, and sinus pressure. I hate to miss a work out and I feel guilty if I do. Is it OK to work out while feeling puny? Will working out help or make it worse?

    Dunno. But listen to your body rather than the guilt in your mind. Either way, feel better soon. :)

    It depends on how crappy you feel.... If it were me I wouldn't bother with resistance training and I would take it easy. Maybe a nice walk and 30 min of yoga or something. If your body is sick you don't want to push it too much and make yourself worse.
