Hi, if I don't eat for more than hour and a half to two hours I seem to get low blood sugar symptoms, any advice?

Are you eating enough daily calories?
I looked at your log, and I don't see that you are logging food.

I'm eating about 13-1400 calories, today I've had porridge for breakfast, yogurt and fruit for snack, sandwiches for lunch, and a health bar and then later I'll have my dinner and probably a bit or chocolate treat0
