Toning Chest & Arms

I recently got back into working out and i really suck at planning my workouts and fitness in general! Anyone have any good tips for exercises/gym equipment that tone the chest and arms at the gym? Also how many reps and sets.

    I'd follow any good, full-body strength program, like NROL4W, Stronglifts, a personal trainer's plan, etc. I would not work just chest & arms, nor would i follow a simple list of exercises. Programs are best, since they explain all the little details (reps, progression in weight, modifications, etc). :+1:

    Agree with above. Since you "suck at planning workouts" that's all the more reason to get on a structured program. Pick a program and stick to it for at least a year.
