Toning Chest & Arms

I recently got back into working out and i really suck at planning my workouts and fitness in general! Anyone have any good tips for exercises/gym equipment that tone the chest and arms at the gym? Also how many reps and sets.

I'd follow any good, full-body strength program, like NROL4W, Stronglifts, a personal trainer's plan, etc. I would not work just chest & arms, nor would i follow a simple list of exercises. Programs are best, since they explain all the little details (reps, progression in weight, modifications, etc).0

Agree with above. Since you "suck at planning workouts" that's all the more reason to get on a structured program. Pick a program and stick to it for at least a year.0
